All Weather Cologne / Alle Wetter Köln The Project Time: Between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve I decided to start some photo sessions in the middle of cologne. Conditions: The weather at this time was rainy and windy with rare dry moments and often with low light. Here you will have a look at the Holy Shrine: In the newer days the well known artist Gerhard Richter designed the south window of the Dome.
