The Event In December / January since a few years the event “China Lights” take place at the Cologne Zoo. Its a lightening event. In the late afternoon and evening you can admire several light sculptures and scenes. On 11th of January 2024 I met with Karin Modis for a photo session. All Weather Cologne / Alle Wetter Köln The Project Time: Between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve I decided to start some photo sessions in the middle of cologne. Conditions: The weather at this time was rainy and windy with rare dry moments and often with low light. As I wanted to photograph my scenes without any persons on the image, I have to start in the early morning.
